Elegant, simple and dainty 14k gold filled tree pendant. This pendant was inspired by the artwork of Canadian Artist Emily Carr. This pendant is light weight and would make the perfect layering necklace. The tree motif has been hand cut. A tiny cubic zirconia has been flush set into the pendant, depicting a moon. Also makes a perfect family of trees necklace :)

What is gold filled?
Gold that is mechanically bonded to another metal, at least 1/20 gold by weight. It contains much more gold than gold plate. It is tarnish resistant (but still can tarnish over time) and does not rub off. If you have metal allergies you can usually wear gold filled jewelry unlike gold plated jewelry. Gold filled is an affordable alternative to solid gold jewelry.
